What to do in Cyprus?

Among the most interesting places in Cyprus are the mosaics in Paphos Archaeological Park and the monumental Tombs of the Kings. Other places we recommend include ancient Kourion, Kykkos Monastery, the Troodos Mountains, and the 'Green Line' in Nicosia. In Northern Cyprus, we recommend the port of Kyrenia with its fortress, the charming Bellapais Abbey, and the city of Famagusta.

The island of Cyprus (Republic of Cyprus) has two official international airports – Larnaca and Paphos. A third airport is located near Nicosia in the occupied Turkish part (Northern Cyprus), which we do not recommend using if you are staying in the Republic of Cyprus.
